Shalom, Inc. welcomes a new Executive Director, Charlotte M. Centonze
On July 1, 2011 Shalom, Inc welcomed Charlotte M. Centonze, MA,CAS, LPC,CAADC, CCDP as our new Executive Director. Sister Madeleine has retired but she will remain on the Board of Directors as Executive Director Emeritus.
Charlotte is no stranger to Shalom, Inc. For the past sixteen years Ms.Charlotte M. Centonze has worked as the Prevention/Intervention Supervisor of the high school staff and SAP Assessors. She has served as the Acting Director for the Counseling Center and was appointed by the Board of Directors as acting Agency Director during Sister Madeleine absence.
We welcome Ms.Centonze in this new capacity and the new directions that she has already initaited for Shalom.
Safe Dates is an evidence-based model program. The nine-session program that targets attitudes and behaviors of junior and senior high students associated with dating abuse and violence. Each session is approximately 50 minutes in length. Safe Dates can be flexibly scheduled (e.g., daily or weekly sessions).
